Giveback Program Terms & Conditions
Organization approval. Participation requires prior written approval from Verax Group LLC. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Verax Group retains sole discretion to approve or decline organizations based on their mission, activities, affiliations, beliefs, ethical standards, and alignment with Verax Group's Christian principles and company values. Nonprofit, educational, or religious status does not automatically establish eligibility. Verax Group may request supporting information and may suspend or terminate a partnership at any time, subject to applicable law and any existing written agreement.
Qualifying projects. The offer applies only to eligible projects accepted by Verax Group under an approved, active fundraising partnership. The organization's flyer or referral information must be mentioned when the appointment is scheduled and provided at the initial consultation. To qualify for the giveback, your initial connection with Verax Group must come through the participating organization rather than another advertising or referral source. Existing contracts, previously booked projects, and projects paid in whole or in part with insurance proceeds are excluded. Other project exclusions, campaign dates, or donation limits must be disclosed in the applicable offer before booking. Offers cannot be combined unless Verax Group approves otherwise in writing.
Donation calculation and recipient. Unless a different rate is expressly stated in the applicable approved offer, the donation equals 10% of the final qualifying project amount actually received and retained by Verax Group, excluding taxes, financing charges, refunds, credits, and amounts attributable to canceled work. Contributions are paid directly to the approved organization; they are not customer rebates, discounts, or payments to individual members.
Payment timing. Donations will be paid within 30 calendar days after both project completion and Verax Group's receipt of full, cleared payment. For financed projects, this period begins only after the financing company has disbursed all amounts due to Verax Group. No donation is payable on canceled projects or unpaid amounts. Refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals may result in a corresponding adjustment to the donation.
Program administration. Verax Group determines project eligibility and referral attribution in good faith using its records and the applicable written terms. Verax Group may modify, pause, or discontinue the program for future partnerships or bookings. Changes will not retroactively affect approved, in-progress projects.
